Company Drivers

  • Drivers earn $72,000-$85,000 per year
  • Average net pay: $1,500+ per week
  • Base pay:
    • Eastern Regional: 55 CPM
    • Dedicated: 65 CPM
  • 2 CPM monthly fuel & safety bonus
  • Bi-weekly home time: 2 weeks out, 2 days home
  • 100% no touch freight
  • 2025 Peterbilt Ultraloft trucks equipped with refrigerators, APUs, & inverters
  • Primarily running Southeast, Midwest, and some Northeast

Lease Purchase Drivers

  • Earn $225K-$245K per year
  • Average gross pay: $4,500-$6,000 per week
  • Average net pay: $1,500-$2,500 per week
  • Base pay:
    • Eastern Regional: 65% of linehaul + 100% of FSC
    • Dedicated: $1.40 + 100% of FSC
  • Bi-weekly home time: 2 weeks out, 2 days home
  • 100% no-touch freight
  • No forced dispatch

Lease Purchase Details

  • Favorable terms for easy ownership
  • Payments: $498-$678 per week
  • 2022-2024 Peterbilts
  • 3–5-year lease terms
  • No money down, no credit check
